IN WHICH COUNTRIES CAN YOU SHOP ONLINE?
Our main destinations are Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom, but you can buy from anywhere in the world.
CAN YOU MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN ON AN ONLINE ORDER?

WILL WE REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN "OUT OF STOCK" INDICATION?
If an item is out of stock, you can request that we notify you when it is restocked. It's very easy: you just have to leave your email in the box that says "SOLD OUT! Do you want us to notify you?", inside the product you want. And so when it is available again, we will send you an email letting you know. If we were not going to produce more, we would remove it from the web.
WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT THAT I SEE IN THE PHOTO?
Yes, except in those products with artisanal processes in which there could be a minimal difference in the finish, or in stones that may minimally change color since they are natural stones.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE PERIODIC INFORMATION IN MY E-MAIL WITH THE LATEST NEWS AND OFFERS?
Yes. You just have to subscribe to the "NEWSLETTER" by filling out the form that appears at the bottom of all pages and you will receive information about the latest news, special discounts, editorials and events.
CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE NEWSLETTER?
Yes. You can unsubscribe by clicking at the end of each Newsletter on the corresponding link, after which you must enter your email address and click on “UNSUBSCRIBE.”

HOW DO I RECOVER MY FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the My account > Have you forgotten your password? section. Fill in the fields and you will receive a new password.
HOW I CAN MAKE SURE I MADE MY PURCHASE?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder. If you do not find it in that tray, please contact us through "Contact".
CAN I KNOW WHAT STATUS MY ORDER IS IN?
Yes. Access the "Orders placed" section of "Your Account" and you will be able to see the status of your order in real time.
If you have placed the order as a guest, you can check its status and manage it from the confirmation email.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. You can cancel your order by contacting us, as long as the preparation process has not started or it has already left our facilities.
You will have to tell us the name and surname from which the order was placed, email, order number and the reason why you want to cancel the order.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
We sell items in perfect condition, but if, exceptionally, you receive an item with a defect, contact us and we will solve it immediately.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you did not order, we will resolve it quickly. Contact us so we can tell you the steps.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO BE ABLE TO BUY ONLINE?
We recommend having a user account, as it will facilitate the purchase by being able to save a book of preferred addresses, you will have a history of your orders, returns and invoices, as well as being able to follow your orders in real time.
If you decide to continue without registering, you can make a purchase through the website as a guest, without having to create a user account in the online store.
